No it's not for Dynasty Warriors 7. That video footage was intentionally for to promote Japan's Romance of the Three Kingdoms Online.
The person who has uploaded that and titled it so has been asked to rename it or remove, but has purposely ignored and disabled commenting because of this. The member seems to be just after view hits.

If your a koei fan PS3 has been pretty reliable you can import musou orochi Z or whatever its called and the only one you miss out on is SW3 and i wouldn't be suprised if a SW game eventually came out on PS3, if your that bothered there's sengoku basara as well.

I must say I'm pretty bummed.
I was expecting US/EU Strikeforce 2 and/or a PS3/X360 release, and instead I got a handful of characters who look like ugly j-pop artists from the 90s. Not to mention we're not getting DW6 Empires PSP, either.

Damn man im really excited about dw7 especially the graphics. Damn the graphics look good but not as good as it could be comparing to other games. Never mind. The crucial thing is that it looks better than dw6. Brappp. Man i can't wait to see if the developers brings back the DUSK Katana of Zhou Tai, man my favourite character in DW4,5,6. Also the animation of the horses can be better something like the one in assassin creeds 2 horse, the way they walk and run. Also it would be great if we could strategies ourselves like the ambush; where to put them in the map etc. MAN i opened my heart in this message. I hope Koei may develop this sort of ideas. YOU FEEL ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!
